TTB permittees: who appeared and who stopped being listed

Beverage wholesalers and compliance managers get every TTB permit that appeared or stopped being listed, without missing a change. Every time the TTB publishes the permit list, the new one overwrites the last. We keep the old copies, so you get the permits that appeared and the ones that stopped being listed, for one state or territory selected at checkout.

Named permits on this page

Subscribe — $99 a month$99 a month, billed monthly, for one state or territory you name — not the national file. You get every permit that appeared and every permit that stopped being listed between the copies we hold, with the permit number, the city, the state, the industry, and the business name where our copy holds one. Some rows have no business name in our copy. We print the gap rather than filling it in, because a permit number you can look up is worth more than a name we guessed. Cancel any month by email, with no account to close and no notice period.

Public sample8 Sep 2026 vs 9 Sep 2026 · 61 permits appeared, 16 disappeared

The TTB publishes the permit list as it stands today and overwrites the last one. It also publishes, free and every week, a short file of just the permits issued since its last publication. What that free file does not carry is the permits that stopped being listed, or the quiet changes to permits already on the list. We keep the earlier copies.

Permits that stopped being listed

All 16 of them. A permit leaving the list is a row a compliance team usually cares about, so we show the whole set rather than a sample of it.

5 of these 16 rows have no business name. Our earlier copy holds the permit number, city, state and industry for them, and no name. We print the gap instead of filling it in. A permit number you can look up is worth more than a business name we guessed.

What you get in each file

  • Every permit change in the selected state or territoryPermit number, business name where our copy holds one, city, state and industry.
  • One state or territory selected at checkoutThe required Which state field binds the receipt to the file.
  • A dated CSV on the receipt page after active payment confirmationThe receipt page carries the state selected at checkout.
  • Cancel any month by emailNo account to close, no notice period.

How it works

  1. Choose one state or territory in the required Which state field at checkout.
  2. After active payment confirmation, the receipt page opens with the dated CSV for that selection.
  3. Each new sealed source pair is added as a dated state file when available; a missing or invalid selection remains unassigned.

The sample above is the latest pair we hold: 8 Sep 2026 to 9 Sep 2026. A row leaving one copy and missing from the next is a net-copy observation. It does not establish a TTB revocation, a closure or the reason for the change.

See the file before you pay

You do not have to take our word for what is in the file. Here are 25 rows of the real thing, carrying all 8 of its columns, cut out of the dated copies we sealed ourselves. Nothing in it is made up and nothing in it is tidied up.

  • Open the 25 rows as a CSVA plain spreadsheet file. It saves to your machine rather than painting itself into a browser tab, and it opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
  • The same 25 rows as JSONThe same rows again, laid out for reading with code.

What arrives after you pay: Stripe sends you to the receipt page. After payment confirmation, your dated CSV for the state or territory selected at checkout appears there. Keep the receipt link for subsequent files. Nobody emails you. The subscriber CSV uses machine-readable column names and includes appeared, changed and gone rows, plus a coverage row naming the two source dates. The public preview uses shorter labels.

What you would be paying for: $99 a month, billed monthly, for one state or territory you name — not the national file. At checkout, choose one state or territory in the required Which state field. After your active payment is confirmed, the receipt page shows a dated CSV for that state. New source comparisons add dated files when available. Missing or invalid state input remains unassigned; email operations@ustechautomations.com to correct it.

These 25 rows are a slice of the file, not the whole of it. What we cannot show you here is how far back it goes: that is the part you are paying for.
