What it does
You send a link to a vendor. They fill in the questionnaire once. Their answers turn into a page anyone can check later, so the next customer who asks them the same questions gets pointed at the same page instead of a new form. The honest line is simple: we host your vendor's own answers. We never say a vendor is secure. We just hold what they told you and make it easy to find again.

The tool sends a bank of 40 questions. Here are 12 of them — the short set — taken from that live bank. These are the questions the tool sends, not a filled-in vendor answer sheet. This product has no person-name columns.

40 is what the bank holds. A question that is not in the bank is not sent. We have no public extract of a completed questionnaire.
