What it does

Paste one invoice per line: its reference, an optional date, and the amount, separated by commas, tabs or two spaces. You get a link back for yourself, and a second link to send to the other business. Once they paste their rows too, the tool lines the two sides up and shows exactly which invoices do not match. The report shows differences. It never posts entries or moves money. It only compares two lists you both typed in.

Expected result

  • INV-1001 and the INV-1003 credit agree on both lists.
  • INV-1002 differs by 5.00: 75.00 in the ledger and 70.00 on the supplier statement.
  • INV-1004 appears only in the ledger; INV-1005 appears only on the supplier statement.

The totals are 205.00 and 210.00. A total difference alone does not explain all three exceptions. The report identifies differences; you decide which records need correction.

What this is not
