Texas air permit applications that turned up on the pending list

Texas shows the air permits waiting on a decision today, and replaces the page tomorrow. We keep the dated copies, so 10 named applications can be shown as being on the 14 Sep 2026 list and not on the 24 Aug 2026 one.

What this page is28,881 rows held · newest sealed read 2026-09-14

  • Texas publishes the air permits heavy industry is waiting on and overwrites the page in place: each copy replaces the last, so a day nobody takes a copy is a day gone for good. On 14 Sep 2026 there were 472 applications pending; on 24 Aug 2026 there were 468.
  • 10 named applications are on the 14 Sep 2026 copy and were not on the 24 Aug 2026 one. Each row names the applicant, the site, the state's own permit number and the date the applicant filed.
  • We hold 60 sealed copies of this list, from 10 Jul 2026 to 14 Sep 2026, and 28,881 dated rows across them.
  • Every Texas row we hold carries a link to the agency's own application paper. All 28,881 of them. Those links go in the file you buy.

These are rows we read out of dated copies we keep ourselves. The live source shows today only, so once a row moves, what it said before is gone from the place you would go to look.

What this page cannot tell you

  • This is the Texas environment agency's own list of air permit applications waiting on a decision, and nothing else. It is not every permit in Texas, and it is not a list of factories or data centres — whoever is on the agency's list is who is on this page.
  • One application means one permit number. The agency lists the same permit number twice on the same day now and then, and we count it once, so our pending totals can read one or two lower than the number of lines on the agency's own page.
  • An application leaving the pending list is not proof a permit was issued. It can mean the permit was granted, that the applicant withdrew it, or that the agency stopped listing it and never said why. Those look identical from outside, so we do not sell any of them as an approval.
  • There is no megawatt figure anywhere in this feed. An air permit application does not carry one, so printing one would mean making it up.
  • Appearing on our later copy means the agency was not showing it on the earlier one. It does not mean the application was filed that week. The date the applicant filed is its own column, and on some rows it is months older.

See the file before you pay

You do not have to take our word for what is in the file. Here are 24 rows of the real thing, carrying all 12 of its columns, cut out of the dated copies we sealed ourselves. Nothing in it is made up and nothing in it is tidied up.

  • Open the 24 rows as a CSVA plain spreadsheet file. It saves to your machine rather than painting itself into a browser tab, and it opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
  • The same 24 rows as JSONThe same rows again, laid out for reading with code.

What arrives after you pay: Stripe sends you to the receipt page after payment. The dated Texas weekly CSV appears there after the delivery check confirms your paid subscription. Nobody emails you. The subscriber CSV uses machine-readable column names and includes a coverage row with source dates and gaps; the public preview uses labels for reading.

These 24 rows are a slice of the file, not the whole of it. What we cannot show you here is how far back it goes: that is the part you are paying for.

Rather ask first? Email operations@ustechautomations.com. Tell us the Texas counties or applicants in the first email. Texas is still being read, but not every day, and the page names each day we missed. Arizona is a closed set of dated copies and is not in the file you would pay for.
